✨ “Life slows down… and that’s okay.” ✨
These grey days have a way of forcing us to pause —
to lean back, breathe, and finally accept what is.
Not everything feels easier right now.
Not everything is better than before.
But somehow… there is still goodness in all of it.
A softness.
A quiet reminder that life keeps moving, even when we don’t.
I’m learning to see the beauty in the small moments.
To trust that every twist in the road has a reason.
To believe that even in stillness… I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Life is good — if we allow ourselves to see the goodness. 🤍

On my way home today, I watched a few runners float past me.
Light. Effortless. Free.
And I’d be lying if I said it didn’t sting a little.
There was a time when running like that was my everyday normal.
I never questioned it. I never imagined a world where my body wouldn’t just go when I told it to.
But life changed — and it taught me something many only learn when it’s too late:
✨ Your ability to move is a gift. Not a guarantee.
Not everyone gets to run pain-free. Not everyone gets to push limits. Not everyone wakes up with a body that listens.
So to all athletes out there:
Please, don’t take your training for granted.
Feel the ground under your feet. Celebrate your strength. Enjoy every single stride.
One day, you’ll look back and realize how magical the “ordinary” was.
And to everyone struggling with pain, limits, or loss — you’re not alone.
Our journey looks different now, but it’s still meaningful.
We adapt, we learn, we keep showing up in new ways.
And that, too, is strength. ❤️

Rain in the mountains always humbles me:
it slows you down, strips things back, and reminds you what truly matters.
This weekend the @t100triathlon races were incredible to watch. Of course it hurts not to be part of that world anymore… but I’m also so proud of every moment I once lived out there.
To all athletes who still race pain-free:
don’t take a single second for granted.
Enjoy the grind, the nerves, the joy, even the bad days: because they are all part of the gift.
And to anyone going through a tough phase:
your worth isn’t defined by performance.
Storms don’t last and sometimes they reveal the most beautiful views. 🌧️⛰️
Grateful for my journey. Grateful for what’s next.

Sometimes happiness isn’t about where you are :
it’s about how far you’ve come.
There were days I couldn’t even imagine laughing like this again.
But healing doesn’t always show up loud…
sometimes it’s just the quiet confidence of knowing you made it through.
Life isn’t perfect, but it’s beautiful when you decide to live it fully:
right here, right now. 🌿

The beauty of life isn’t only found in big moments…
but in the people who walk beside us through every chapter.
Friends ➡️ the ones who listen without judgment,
who laugh with you, cry with you and remind you who you are when you forget.
No medal will ever shine brighter than a true friendship.
Nurture those connections. Protect them.
Say “thank you” a little more often,
and never take them for granted…
Telling you:
because nothing in life is guaranteed.
To all the friends who stayed,
who held space for me in the hardest times:
you are my gold. 🤍
**
And YOU know who is meant…
in my heart, without even saying. ✨
