Back working ✈️
This year I’m celebrating myself. Loudly.
And this time I don’t care if nobody claps.
I will clap really loud for myself.
Because I have earned it.
Every scar on my body.
Every scar in my mind.
Every small win.
Every one of those thousands of silent battles.
I showed up.
And that alone makes me unstoppable.

Snow. Engadin. Old friends. 🤍
Being back here feels different this time.
Softer. Calmer. More aware.
Meditation helped me accept where I am…
not where I used to be, not where I wish to be…
but here.
And standing in the snow today, I felt something simple and powerful:
Life is still incredibly beautiful.
If you can move without pain…
if your body responds exactly the way you want it to…
please don’t take that for granted.‼️
Every second of conscious, free movement is a gift.
I see it now more clearly than ever.🙂↕️🤯 finally

There’s a past version of yourself that would be so proud of who you are today.
My time in Africa reminded me of that.
For the first time in decades, I gave myself my full attention — no roles, no expectations, no noise.
I slowed down.
I reflected.
I worked on who I am becoming and on the values that truly matter to me.
Growth doesn’t always look like winning.
Sometimes it looks like choosing yourself, listening deeply, and realigning with your purpose.
That time changed something in me — quietly, but profoundly. 🤍

The past days at a Vipassana retreat in South Africa gave me more than I expected.
Ten days in silence. No phone. No distractions. Just time to sit, breathe, and listen.
It wasn’t easy — but it was honest.
Silence has a way of showing you what really matters.
I reflected on everything life has brought my way — the beautiful moments, the painful ones, the unexpected turns.
And somewhere in that stillness, gratitude grew.
For where I am.
For what has been.
And for the simple truth that life, in all its ups and downs, is still incredibly beautiful.
Sometimes you don’t need answers.
You just need space to feel how good it is to be alive. 🤍
