A year ago, my training was derailed by a bike accident. Since then, it’s been a journey of ups and downs. Lately, some hip pain has been interrupting my flow, and honestly? It’s frustrating. 🥲
But here’s the thing: progress isn’t linear. Some days are harder than others, and that’s okay. I’m learning to listen to my body, respect its limits, and celebrate the small wins along the way. Every step forward, no matter how small, is still forward. 🌟
To anyone else struggling with setbacks—physical or mental—remember: healing takes time. Be kind to yourself. You’re doing better than you think. 💛
